bulletThose receiving monthly Social Security benefits.
bulletThose eligible for Social Security benefits, but have yet to file.
bulletThose having Medicare covered government employment.
bulletAdditional circumstances may also warrant Medicare Coverage.

Individuals over the age of 65 who are not eligible for benefits may voluntarily enroll for Part A benefits by paying a monthly premium.  For 2000 the premium was $331.00 per month.  Part B pays doctors' services, outpatient hospital services, durable medical equipment and other medical services and supplies.  Any individual who receives Part A can enroll in Part B by paying the required monthly premium ($45.50 in year 2000).For additional information call THE RON BLACK AGENCY at 1-800-760-9258.
