SHORT TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE

Available only with group life insurance.

Benefits for non-occupational disabilities are payable on the first day for accidents and eighth day for sickness and pregnancy.

Benefit duration of 13 or 26 weeks.

bullet

Weekly benefit from $100 to $500 is guaranteed issued (not to exceed 66-2/3% of weekly earnings).
